Ambulance service and paramedicine systems remain under-studied. Many challenges faced by frontline paramedics and ambulance service executives long for exploration and testing of ideas to solve them. In many cases, the innovative ideas exist but the process to pilot and implement them does not. The Medic Health innovation and design process collaborates with organizations and communities to scan existing evidence and best practices, design prototypes, test ideas, and refine solutions. We encourage organizations to summarize and publish their discoveries in peer-reviewed journals to add to the knowledge base of the industry.
